Terms and Conditions

  • You understand that Unit 1G3 is not fully accessible to people with mobility issues and you will work with Valhalla Media Ltd to work out an access plan where possible. This is important in the event of an emergency.

  • Upon booking you will receive a confirmation email, if you do not receive this email within 4 hours, please contact us to confirm your booking, failure to do so may mean that your booking has not been successful.

  • Please log your vehicle registration with the our staff. There is a parking enforcement agreement in place on site, should you receive a parking ticket we will be able to arrange to have it cancelled, but only if we have your registration logged for the specific date and time.

  • When arriving and leaving site, please do not loiter in the car park. There are a number of vehicle movements on site and for your safety we request you make your way to the studios / your vehicle without delay. Please park considerately, in marked bays where possible. Vehicles are parked at your own risk.

  • Valhalla Media operates a zero tolerance on drug use, there is to be no drug taking / use on site. This includes all vehicle parking areas as well as the studios. Anyone found to be using drugs will receive a lifetime ban.

  • We will not tolerate any abuse of our staff or damage to our property. Fair wear and tear of equipment is acceptable, any damage caused by misuse or intentional acts may incur repair or replacement costs. Inappropriate comments, or acts to any member of staff may result in a lifetime ban of Valhalla Media facilities. This is in accordance with the Worker Protection Act 2023

  • Failure to leave to the rehearsal space in a clean and tidy condition may result in a cleaning fee of up to £300 exclusive of VAT, being charged.

  • All card details of the booker will be kept secure in our payment gateway, cards maybe charged if required for damage / cleaning costs. Should this situation occur we will notify you via email before any charges are made.

  • Please be respectful of our neighbours when arriving and leaving Valhalla Media Ltd, particularly late at night. Please adhere to the site speed limit which is 10 MPH. Valhalla Media Ltd are not responsible for the roads on site or the communal parking areas, patrons park on site at their risk, please take care when visiting and park considerately.

  • Users of the facilities agree to indemnify Valhalla Media Ltd against any claims, damages or liabilities arising of their use of the facilities.

  • Cancellation policy: cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking, to avoid being charged in full. These payments will need to be brought up to date before a new session can be booked. You can amend your booking through the online booking system outside of the 48 hour cancellation period.

  • Valhalla Media Ltd reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time, we will do our best to notify you in good time. This is to cover instances such as power cuts, zombie apocalypse and alien invasion etc.

  • Only food and drink bought on the premises may be consumed on the premises.

  • Within the studios, only water in containers with a sealable lid may be taken into the studios, these bottles must be kept on the table away from the electronics. Any damage caused by liquids within the studios will be fully chargeable, as per the previous clause.

  • The lead booker must ensure all members of their party have read our health and safety information (hyperlink to document)

  • WiFi is available on site, due to the lack of mobile phone signal we would encourage you to connect to the WiFi and enable WiFi calling, particularly in the event of an emergency.

  • There is a high chance that the Valhalla Hounds will be on site, if you have an allergy to dogs or are aware of any issue that might arise, it is your responsibility to advise us at the time of your booking.

  • if you require exclusive use of the studios for recording purposes, you are required to communicate this via email in advance of booking.

  • CCTV is in operation within Valhalla Media Ltd and around the site as a whole. This may be used as evidence in the event of any incidents.

  • Anyone / groups under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by someone who is at least 21 years of age.

  • Terms and Conditions are liable to change without notice and it is the users responsibility to review the terms and conditions each time they book.
